A physical voucher is an elegant gift card that will be sent to you via courier.
What does a physical voucher include?

How to redeem a physical voucher
- Add selected products to the cart.
- Enter the code from the voucher in the "Promo code" field.
- The cart value will be automatically reduced by the voucher amount.
- If the order value is lower than the voucher amount, the unused balance will be forfeited.
Electronic vouchers
An electronic voucher is a fast and convenient way to give a gift. You can buy it in two ways:
- Delivery to the recipient – enter the recipient’s email address and choose the delivery date. The voucher will be sent automatically on the scheduled date. You can also include a personalized message to give your gift a special touch.
Delivery to your email address – you will receive the voucher immediately after completing the payment.
What does an electronic voucher include?
- Code with a specified value
- Code expiration date – 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Link to add the voucher to your account (for users with a store account)
How to Redeem an Electronic Voucher?
- If you have a store account, you can add the voucher to your account by clicking the “Add to your account” button in the email message. Once added, the voucher amount will be automatically available during checkout.
- If you don’t have an account, enter the voucher code during checkout in the field labeled “Do you have an electronic voucher?”.
How Does an Electronic Voucher Balance Work?
- An electronic voucher works like a prepaid card with a defined balance.
- If the order value is lower than the voucher amount, the unused balance remains available on the voucher.
- You can use the remaining balance for your next order by entering the same voucher code.
